Skills Passport Update

Students complete their "Musical Skills Passport." They draw a line connecting instruments to their home countries and write one thing they learned about each.

18-22 MIN

Final Encore Vote

The class votes on their absolute favorite song from the unit to perform one last time as a full community ensemble.

22-27 MIN

Final Encore & Awards

Celebration

Perform the encore. Afterwards, hold a mini "Graduation Ceremony" where each student receives their "Passport to Great Music" Certificate.

27-30 MIN

Closing Reflection

Ask: "How has your 'musical ears' changed since we started our journey?" Collect passports for final grading/portfolio.

Teacher Idea: Musical Treats

If school policy allows, consider bringing in small snacks from the three regions (e.g., plantain chips, crackers, or rice cakes) to make the celebration even more multi-sensory!
