Warm-up & Rehearsal

Fine-tuning

Quickly run through the fusion piece. Practice the "Start Signal" and the "Big Finish." Remind students to stand tall like musical ambassadors!

8-12 MIN

Final Details

Distribute the Concert Programs. Have students sign their names as "Featured Artists." Arrange the "Stage" (front of the classroom).

12-20 MIN

Present to Buddy Class

The Main Event

A "Buddy Class" (Kindergarten or 1st Grade) visits. Students perform their piece. Teacher acts as the MC, introducing the different cultural elements.

20-27 MIN

Ask the Musicians

Use the "Question Cards." Audience members ask questions, and students answer from their perspective as performers. "How did you learn to play that rhythm?"

27-30 MIN

Celebrate the Journey

Bow for the audience. Collect instruments. Reflect on how it felt to share our "World Fusion" with others.
